Original CryptoPhunks began a movement to reinstate artistic freedom relative to increased blockchain corporatization. Initial flip was done by hand and then upload to Amazon S3 bucket here and then more recently updated to IPFS here. (Select Input Data and then Decode Input Data to read original values in Etherscan.)
Original CryptoPunk data was published on-chain as svg elements here prior to the sale of CryptoPunk intellectual property. However, on-chain data contract was sealed which allows for continued blockchain access.
Time to move the Phunks completely on-chain.
